Private fibre (iiNet/TPG, ex-Internode) at most Baywater Estate addresses.

Baywater was built as an Internode Fibre Estate, with its own private fibre network rather than nbn or OptiComm. TPG retired the Internode brand in December 2023 and migrated existing connections to iiNet. The physical fibre is still in place; check your address directly, as some connections may have transitioned to nbn.

Every Curlewis home is its own job — and Baywater Estate is no exception.

The new-estate pattern shows up here: thicker external wall buildup than older homes, more rooms to cover, and a router that did fine at the showroom but never quite made it to the master suite.

One thing that surprises people here: Baywater is not on nbn or OptiComm. It was built as an Internode Fibre Estate, and after TPG retired the Internode brand in December 2023 those connections moved to iiNet. If you are new to the estate, check your address directly before signing up for a plan.
